If you have a large party we can offer you the opportunity to book the whole house.
This is ideal for those special celebrations or wedding parties when you are looking for somewhere that your family and friends can be together.
We have 9 rooms and can accommodate a maximum of 24 people. We are more than happy to show you around the house and to discuss any special requirements you may have.

Cost
Our room tariff is given on our Room Gallery Page. The total cost of the whole house will be the total price of the 9 rooms plus any extra beds you may need for families. For a firm price please contact us.
A minimum stay of 2 nights applies at weekends.
Our normal restriction of children under 5 does not apply to whole house bookings - but please note - we do not have cots so any guests with babies will need to bring travel cots
How to make a booking
After we have confirmed availability and price we need you to pay a deposit of £300 and provide credit card details as security for the booking. A booking confirmation will be sent. This booking confirmation constitutes a binding contract between us. Our cancellation terms are detailed below.
Room allocation
We will send a room allocation sheet which we would expect to receive back from the Party Organiser 1 week prior to arrival.
Payment
Unless you specify otherwise individual invoices for each room will be prepared and guests will be presented with their bills on checkout. The part organiser should may sure each guest knows the cost of their room and is aware of the payment methods.
Settlement of the account can be in cash, debit card (Visa, Maestro), credit card (Visa or Mastercard), Solo, Visa Electron. There is a bank surcharge of 2.5% for the use of credit cards.Once all payments have been collected you deposit will be refunded to you. Any shortfall in payment will be deducted for your deposit.)
Terms and conditions of booking
Cancellation
The booking is for the entire house and cancellation of an individual rooms(s) will not result in a refund.
Cancellation of the whole booking at any time – £30.00 admin charge.
Cancellation of the whole booking less than 10 weeks from arrival date – loss of deposit.
Cancellation of the whole booking within 14 days of the arrival – full cost.
We will of course endeavor to re-let the rooms and reduce the amount payable.
Special Requirements
We are happy to accommodate any special requirements you may have e.g. earlier/later breakfast, later checkout, use of breakfast room on night of arrival. You must let us know a least 2 weeks prior to your arrival so that staff can be organised. You will understand of course that any extra staffing costs will be passed. An estimate of any extras will be confirmed to you and added onto the total room bill.
For your information our normal service times are:
Breakfast: Monday - Friday 8am-9am, Saturday and Sunday 8.30am-9.30am
Checking in times - 1pm - 7pm.
Checking out time - 10.30am
Rooms Serviced - 10am - 12pm
